We have lived in Dollar for many years and our 3 now grown-up children were born and bred here. I have always enjoyed cooking and baking and this hobby has now become my little "cottage industry". Everything is homemade by myself using the finest ingredients. I mainly sell at local events - summer gala days, agricultural fairs, charity events etc, which unfortunately are all currently cancelled. My first event I only had strawberry jam, chilli jam and biscuits to sell. I now have a huge variety of preserves for sale - jams, marmalades, chutneys, curds, fruit vinegars and mustards. I also make different flavours of shortbread, including savoury shortbread, cakes (including special occasion cakes), cupcakes, brownies, blondies, cheesecakes, meringues, pavlovas and fudges.
