We farm organically as we believe that good food comes from a good system. We are a small scale organic farming and butchery business 7 miles west of Perth in Scotland. We work in harmony with our local climate, soil type and use traditional breeds to produce great tasting meat, in an environmentally sensitive way. We only sell what we produce so provenance of your meat is guaranteed. We have a butchery on the farm so we can oversee all stages of the production process.
