We produce honest, handcrafted smoked and cured foods in small batches, and with them we're on a mission to elevate your perception of how great food can be. And the results? Well we'll let the products speak for themselves, but lookout for delicate hints of smoke, balanced saltiness, deep flavours and a freshness not usually associated with this type of product. We're proud of where we source our products - from the cool clean waters of Scottish lochs to the independent low-intensity farms in Sussex - we always start with raw ingredients we completely believe in.
