Hello! I have been baking good bread for over 30 years. I believe that only when you bake with the finest flour and ingredients are you able to achieve the finest of loaves. I use Organic Spelt flour for my seeded and wholemeal loaves. Spelt is an ancient grain and was first cultivated 9000 years ago. It is very often more easily digested than regular flour. My Sourdough loaves are made with Organic flour and contain live yogurt and Keffir. I also bake traditional Fruit Cakes which are packed with organic fruits, made with butter, free range eggs and organic milk. I am passionate about my bread and cakes and always use ingredients which are ethically sourced. I do not add any preservatives or additives, as I believe passionately that what you eat, should be as pure as it can possibly be. I am conscientious about my packaging too, so my cakes are delivered in bamboo boxes and all the artisan bread is delivered in brown paper bags..... Each product has a detailed list of all ingredients.... Give it a try...... Life won't ever be the same again!!!! All my products freeze amazingly as well......
