Award-winning artisan Highland preserves. I use high fruit content recipes, with local ingredients wherever grown, to create a range of jams, jellies, marmalades and chutneys. Everything is hand made in a purpose-built kitchen at my home in sunny Nairn. Many recipes are my own creations, often inspired by a glut of something, be it brambles, redcurrants or tomatoes, and sometimes from a customer request. I have won accolades in the Great Taste Awards, World Jampionships and World Marmalade Awards, some of my products are multi-award-winning. I have a local sourcing policy of which I am very proud - down to the salt that goes in my chutneys and relishes. Much of the fruit I use comes from small local growers, some of whom are certified organically, others simply wouldn't use chemicals in their garden. No artificial ingredients, no cheap fillers, no GM or other nasties are added. All products are suitable for vegetarians and everything except curds, baking and puddings is suitable for vegans.
