We make cheese from pasteurised cows milk with vegetarian rennet. We are a two person, artisan cheese maker. Our signature cheese, The Strathearn , is a whisky washed rind cheese, then we have the Lady Mary, a soft, creamy cheese garnished with wild garlic and a wee spray of oil-seed rape truffle oil. Our last cheese is the Wee Comrie which is a mild semi-soft cheese with a buttery taste.
