The pies are made from scratch in our on-site, Royal Warrant Holding, craft butchery, using the best of our and other local farms produce. We have been farming organically at Wark Farm since 2003 using traditional breeds, such as Belted Galloway Cattle and Hebridean sheep. Buying our pies is also giving back to nature as part of our proceeds are used to help us to further develop and maintain the extensive wildlife habitats we incorporated at the farm to bring back Scottish wildlife.
